Amour Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor on behalf of our client based in Totton, Southampton.
In this exciting role, you'll support a busy operation, driving sales and maintaining strong service levels.
We're looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic and proactive individual who can bring their experience into the team and lead by example.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance through proactive sales, and engaging purchasing customers.
- Controls tock in a busy department, ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Maintain strong working relationships with key suppliers and clients alike.
- Maintain strong inter-department communication, ensuring a smooth operation and team support.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive parts is essential.
- Experience across team leadership or management is ideal.
- Proactive with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Hours: 7:30 - 5:30 Monday to Friday | Every third Saturday 8:00 -12:00
Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 Depending on Experience
