At Amour Recruitment, we are delighted to be supporting our client based near Petersfield in the search for a proactive and dependable Warehouse Team Leader / Senior Warehouse Operative to join their hardworking and close-knit team.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the front — a confident warehouse professional who is comfortable supporting the Warehouse Manager and becoming their trusted right-hand person.
What your day could look like:
- Starting bright and early at 7am
- Jumping on the forklift to pick and prepare customer orders
- Receiving and checking deliveries into stock
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the warehouse
- Assisting with route planning and organising next-day deliveries
- Leading by example within a busy, fast-paced environment
- Supporting and motivating the warehouse team
What we’re looking for:
- Previous warehouse experience is essential
- Forklift experience/licence preferred
- A natural team player with leadership qualities
- Someone organised, hands-on and happy to take responsibility
- Confident working in a fast-moving environment
- Reliable, hardworking and proactive
What’s on offer:
- Salary of £30,000 – £32,000
- Monday to Friday working hours — no weekends
