Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Procurement Administrator to work for fantastic company based in Havant.
You will be responsible for supporting the procurement function by managing daily purchasing activities, maintaining supplier records, processing orders, and ensuring timely and accurate flow of materials.
Duties include:
- Raise purchase orders for materials, components, and equipment in line with procurement procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date supplier and product data
- Track order acknowledgements, shipment dates, and delivery confirmations.
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve delays, discrepancies, or quality issues.
- Support inbound logistics arrangements, including freight booking and customs documentation where required.
- Assist with supplier returns, replacements, and warranty claims.
Personal requirements:
- Experience in purchasing, procurement administration, or a supply chain support role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build supplier relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP/MRP systems. D365 knowledge advantageous.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced marine manufacturing environment.
Hours: Monday to Friday 08.00 16.30
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000
