Amour Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for an Office Administrator on behalf of our client based in Littlehampton.
In this exciting role, you'll support a busy engineering team with general office support.
You'll need to have strong customer support skills and great attention to detail to support this team.
Responsibilities:
- Cover reception duties, greeting visitors and answering incoming calls.
- Supporting HR and finance functions through varied admin support.
- Maintenance of accurate records, across business operations and personnel files.
- General office duties
Requirements:
- Detail orientated, with strong organisational skills and accuracy.
- Strong record keeping, with clear attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of IT, comfortable using multiple varied systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Hours: 8:00-17:00 Monday to Thursday, 8:00-13:30 Friday
Pay: £12.50 Hour
This role is a 12 week temp-to-perm contract.
