Customer Service Administrator - Fareham

Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to work for fantastic company based in Fareham.

This role is offered on a 3-month temp role initially with a view of extension or even permanent.

Duties include:

  • Taking inbound calls from customers
  • Book appointments (not sales!)
  • General administration
  • Supporting technicians with job allocation

Personal requirements:

  • They use Salesforce (CRM), but full training is offered.
  • Confident personality
  • Used to working in a fast-paced environment

Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1700

Salary: circa £26,000
