Amour Recruitment are looking for a Pension Administrator to join our client based in Portsmouth.
You will be responsible for administering the full life cycle of Self-Invested Personal Pensions (SIPPs), including new business setup, transaction processing, and ongoing scheme administration.
This is a varied, fast-paced role that requires strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up new SIPPs and manage compliance checks
- Process contributions, transfers, investments, and pension payroll
- Maintain accurate records and prepare annual statements
- Respond to client queries and build strong relationships
- Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proactive team player with good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Previous experience in pensions administration (SIPPs preferred)
- Knowledge of pensions legislation and HMRC regulations is an advantage

Salary: From £27,000 Depending on Experience
Hours: 0900-1730 Monday to Friday
