Operations Co-ordinator - Portsmouth

Looking for your next challenge in logistics and operations? Amour Recruitment is working with a fantastic company in Portsmouth to find an experienced Operations Co-ordinator who can keep everything running like clockwork — from client requests and stock, to fleet vehicles and drivers.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage customer requests & liaise with teams
  • Oversee orders from quoting to invoicing
  • Keep the fleet serviced, MOT’d & road-ready
  • Support drivers with inspections and reporting
  • Track daily & monthly operational performance

You’ll need:

  • Strong admin and logistics knowledge
  • Microsoft Office & bespoke software skills
  • Fleet and stock management experience
  • Ability to pass security vetting
