Amour Recruitment is looking for a Temporary Onboarding Administrator to join our client’s busy HR function for a minimum of 4 weeks.
This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment while playing a key role in welcoming new starters to their organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing DBS applications and handling confidential data accurately.
- Completing Right to Work checks and obtaining employment references.
- Conducting regulatory checks via online portals.
- Maintaining and updating onboarding trackers and databases.
- Supporting the team with general administrative tasks throughout the onboarding process.
About You:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proactive and able to identify and act upon needs quickly.
Rate: £12.21
Hours: 37.5 per week
Start: ASAP - 2 weeks from date of offer
