Amour recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for a Customer Support Team Leader, on behalf of our client based in Segensworth, Fareham.
In this exciting position, you'll support a busy international customer support function, supporting the team with customer insights, complaint resolution and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily customer service operations.
- Provide ongoing support for the training and development of the customer support function.
- Act as a point of escalation for customer service queries and complaints.
- Ensure quality and compliance standards are met, through continuous review and quality checks.
- Ensure communication and collaboration between departments.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in supervising support teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of escalation management and complaint resolution.
- Experience/confidence working with a technical product/service.
- Hands-on experience in managing multi-site support teams, or outsourced support.
Hours: 8:30-17:30 Monday to Friday
This is a fully office-based position however there will be a requirement for travel to outsource support centres in India, Philippines and potentially some travel to the US. This will be planned in advance though.
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 (Depending on experience)
