Customer Support Team Lead - Segensworth

Amour recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for a Customer Support Team Leader, on behalf of our client based in Segensworth, Fareham.

In this exciting position, you'll support a busy international customer support function, supporting the team with customer insights, complaint resolution and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily customer service operations.
  • Provide ongoing support for the training and development of the customer support function.
  • Act as a point of escalation for customer service queries and complaints.
  • Ensure quality and compliance standards are met, through continuous review and quality checks.
  • Ensure communication and collaboration between departments.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in supervising support teams in a fast paced environment.
  • Understanding of escalation management and complaint resolution.
  • Experience/confidence working with a technical product/service.
  • Hands-on experience in managing multi-site support teams, or outsourced support.

Hours: 8:30-17:30 Monday to Friday

Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 (Depending on experience)
