A well-established, family-run commercial automotive business is seeking a Yardman / Workshop Cleaner to join their team at their Poole site. The Role
Reporting to the Depot Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment. Responsibilities include:
- Keeping the workshop, yard, and tool storage areas clean and organised
- Deep cleaning workshop floors using industrial cleaning equipment
- Emptying bins and ensuring waste is disposed of in appropriate recycling areas
- Supporting vehicle movements within the yard to assist workshop productivity
- Cleaning courtesy vehicles and steam cleaning commercial vehicles
- General site upkeep and housekeeping duties
- Assisting with the collection and return of vehicles for MOT
- Supporting parts deliveries when required
About You
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
- Full UK driving licence required
- HGV licence is essential
