Amour Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a Business Support Administrator on behalf of our client based in Havant.
In this position, you'll support a busy operation, through updating records, producing invoices, procuring goods and managing schedules.
This is a varied role, suited for an individual who likes to work in fast-paced and diverse environments.
Responsibilities:
- Logging daily activities of off-site teams.
- Supporting the booking of maintenance for fleet of vehicles.
- Procuring goods for various works across the business.
- Record keeping of operations.
- Handling customer queries.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced admin role.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Versatility, and a willingness to undertake various tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Previous experience managing vehicles fleets is ideal, though not essential.
Hours: 10:00 - 14:00, Monday to Friday (Negotiable)
Pay: £13.35 Hour
