Amour Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for an experienced Sales Manager to join our client's wonderful team based in Havant.
In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for the development and implementation of company sales strategies.
You'll be responsible for developing a sales pipeline, as well as developing your own sales strategy, and building your own team.
This is an existing company, where you'll support the development across a new company venture.
Responsibilities:
- Help create a step change in revenue streams.
- Maintain high levels of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Deliver on your sales targets and key performance indicators
- Create business propositions to attract new customers.
- Oversee sales pipeline.
Requirements:
- Previous experience across home heating, boilers or electrical works in desired, though not essential.
- A proven sales track record.
- Previous management experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Full UK Drivers License.
Hours: 8:00-17:00 Monday to Friday
Salary: £55,000 to £60,000 DOE
