Amour Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a Process Operator, on behalf of our well established client based in Havant.
In this exciting role, you’ll support a busy production operation, ensuring manufacturing quality, as well as efficient operation of machinery and manufacturing tools.
This is fantastic opportunity for an individual who is used to overseeing quality control, leading a team and overseeing health and safety alongside compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure machines are set to the correct specification ahead of production.
- Oversee production operation, ensuring correct components and materials are used, to specification.
- Manage quality control of production, ensuring products meet rigorous standards.
- Maintain strong communication standards across production, to ensure timely updates and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in quality control.
- Previous experience in machine setting is ideal, though not essential.
- Working knowledge of plastic extruding machines is ideal, though not essential.
- Strong timekeeping and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead a team.
Hours: Rolling Shift Pattern: 07:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00, 23:00-07:00.
Rate: £16-17 per hour. DOE
Please note, this role is offered on a 12 week temp to perm basis.
