Customer Service Co-ordinator - Gosport

Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Co-ordinator to work for fantastic company based in Gosport.

You will be a confident individual as the role will include dealing with new and existing customers.

Duties include:

  • Implementing and attending first order meetings
  • Keeping customers informed of any changes to their orders, including change to delivery schedule
  • Preparation of quotations
  • Processing, monitoring and follow up of customer quality complaints
  • Daily Credit Control
  • Sending Monthly emails
  • Implementation of New Account Forms

Personal requirements:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required
  • Previous Customer support/account management experience is a must
  • Navision would also be desirable.

Hours:  Monday to Friday - 37 hours a week between 0830 -1730 (flexibility offered)

Salary: Negotiable for the right candidate
