Amour Recruitment is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our manufacturing client’s operations based in Portsmouth.

This role combines administrative duties, logistics coordination, and general office management to ensure an efficient and professional working environment.

Duties include:

  • Monitor and manage shared inboxes daily (accounts, orders, customer services, and admin),
  • Answer incoming phone calls, directing enquiries and taking messages as required
  • Book transport with couriers and coordinate collections and deliveries
  • Order and manage office supplies to maintain adequate stock levels
  • Handle general administrative tasks to support the wider team

Personal requirements:

  • Experience in an administrative or business support role is essential
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
  • Experience with courier booking systems or logistics coordination (desirable)

Hours: Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours between 08.00 – 17.30, so can be flexible with start and finish times.

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000
