Account & Product Support Administrator - Work From Home

Amour Recruitment is seeking an Account & Product Support Administrator to work for one of our clients.

This is a brand-new role and is offered as working from home, but you will be expected to attend meetings at their office based in Ashford, Middlesex, so must be within a reasonable commutable distance and happy to pay at your expense for any commute.

You will play a key role helping the company to deliver outstanding services to their customers and supplier.

Duties include:

  • Providing support to existing and prospective clients
  • Dealing with incoming enquiries via a central inbox, ensuring cases are accurately raised and efficiently managed through to resolution.
  • Proactively communicating with customers via email on delivery timelines, network disruptions, and essential service updates.
  • Supporting the onboarding and implementation of new suppliers, networks, and customers information onto an internal system

Personal requirements:

  • Strong ability to analyse and interpret data across multiple systems with accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and wider Microsoft Office with accurate data entry skills
  • The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing environments.

Hours: Monday to Friday 08.30 – 17.00

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000
