Amour Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a well-established company based near Fareham for an Office Administrator. Due to the location, you will need to have your own transport.
Working in a team of 3, you will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the office, acting as a central point of contact.
Duties include:
- Answering all incoming telephone calls
- Managing and responding to incoming emails
- Liaising with customers and providing updates throughout the job process
- Allocating work and managing diaries
- Ordering materials
- Updating and maintaining the company CRM system
- General administrative duties
Personal requirements:
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- IT literate with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage their own workload effectively
- A team player with a positive, “can-do” attitude
Hours: Monday to Friday 0800- 1600 or 0900-1700 (can be flexible)
Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 (negotiable for the right candidate)
