Amour Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for an Office Administrator, on behalf of our wonderful client based in Totton, Southampton.
In this exciting role, you'll support a busy operation, acting a s point of contact for client enquiries, assisting with the booking of work, processing of invoices and general enquiries.
You'll be joining a small intimate team, so you'll need to be a great team player, open to collaboration and ownership of processes to ease the team's workload.

Responsibilities
- Acing as a first point of contact for client enquiries.
- Onboarding clients onto dedicated CRM system.
- Drafting of legal paperwork and contracts.
- Updating Company record systems with client information.
- Providing clear updates to client s on works and operations.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations for works.
Requirements
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy; familiarity with data entry procedures
- Knowledge of office management practices and clerical procedures
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00-17:00 (1 in 2 Fridays 7:00 - 15:00)
Salary: from £25,000 Depending on experience
