Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Logistics Inbound Supervisor to join a fantastic manufacturing company based in Waterlooville.
This role is responsible for supervising a small Goods in and Inventory team to ensure the accurate receipt, storage, organisation, and control of inbound goods.
Duties include:
- Ensuring accurate and timely receipt of all inbound goods
- Verifying deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes
- Maintaining organised storage and stock location management
- Maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory records
- Supporting and participating in stock takes and cycle counts
- Investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies
- Maintaining full traceability of documentation for audit purposes
- Working closely with Supply Chain, Production, and Procurement teams to ensure efficient material flow
Personal requirements:
- Previous Goods In, Inventory, or Warehouse administration experience
- Strong organisational and workload management skills
- Experience receipting purchase orders and maintaining traceable documentation for audits
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SharePoint is desirable
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Hours: Monday to Friday 07.30-16.15
Salary: Circa £37,000
