Invoice Administrator - Segensworth

Amour Recruitment is seeking an Invoice Administrator to work for a great company based just outside Fareham.

Duties include:

  • Calculate, process and issue all invoices both manually and via the automated system.
  • Process and control supplier purchase invoices via the online system
  • Resolve customer invoicing and payment queries and issues.
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks

Personal requirements:

  • Excellent IT skills
  • Recent previous experience of a similar role in a logistics environment
  • Good communication skills

Hours: Monday to Friday 0800-1700

Salary: circa £28k
