Amour Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for an experienced Inbound Logistics Supervisor, on behalf our our client based in Waterlooville.
In this exciting role, you'll support a busy operation through the clear and efficient operation of their goods-in department, ensuring attention to detail and leading a team to ensure all quality and organisational standards are met.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support goods in team.
- Ensuring accurate and timely receipt of all goods.
- Maintain accurate stock levels across IT systems.
- Ensure strict quality control procedures across all goods in.
- Team leadership responsibilities, such as conducting one to ones, coaching and training.
Requirements:
- Previous goods in/warehouse experience.
- Experience in supervisory or team leadership roles.
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in goods inspection/quality control.
- Knowledge of Sage or similar stock management systems.
Hours: 7:30-16:15 Monday to Friday (Overtime available as necessary)
Salary: £35,000 to £37,00 Depending on experience
