Amour Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for multiple Customer Support Executives, on behalf of our client based in Portsmouth.
In this exciting position, you'll support a busy nationwide organisation, providing ongoing support for client queries, updating records and organising remedial works.
Support will be provided through a range of medias, including over the phone, via email and live web-chat.

What you’ll be doing:
- Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and web chat
- Handle enquiries efficiently and resolve any issues with professionalism and care
- Keep customer records accurate and up to date using the in-house CRM
- Support general administration and communication within the team
What we’re looking for:
- Previous customer service or call centre experience (essential)
- A positive attitude and a passion for problem-solving
- Great communication skills and attention to detail
- You must hold a British Passport, or hold British Citizenship, due to security checks.
Hours: Rotating Shift Pattern Monday to Friday (8:30-17:00, 9:00-17:30, 9:30, 18:00)
Salary: £28,500 (With a great benefits package!)
