We're recruiting on behalf of our client for a Property Manager based in Shrewsbury. Whether you already have property management experience or come from a customer-focused background where you've successfully managed deadlines and built strong client relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role:
- Carry out regular site inspections and monitor onsite works.
- Take responsibility for all maintenance requirements.
- Manage breaches of lease agreements.
- Complete Section 20 Notices.
- Prepare, agree and issue service charge budgets.
- Build strong relationships with customers, contractors and stakeholders while delivering an exceptional level of service.

What We're Looking For:
- Previous property management experience is desirable, but not essential.
- Experience in a customer-centric role with the ability to work to deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- A confident, professional personality with a positive attitude and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
What's on Offer:
- Salary from £27,500 (depending on relevant experience)
- Car allowance of £3,600 per year.
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm.
