Amour Recruitment is seeking a Customer Support Co-ordinator to work for a fast-paced team based in Havant

Duties include:
- Act as the main point of contact for a set of key accounts
- Provide logistical and administrative support, including addressing quality concerns, delivery issues, and invoice discrepancies, and resolving any resulting conflicts
- Share updates and information with customers regarding pricing, order status, tracking details
- Handle incoming sales calls, resolving queries or passing them to the appropriate colleague
Personal requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Intermediate Excel skills preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, internally and externally
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Professional and friendly telephone manner
- Background or experience in administration, logistics, or customer support
Hours: Monday to Thursday 0800-1615 and 0800-1500 Friday
Salary: £25,000- £28,000 (depending on experience)
