Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Customer Support Co-ordinator to work with a great company based in Waterlooville.
You’ll need excellent organisation and communication skills, a keen eye for detail and be able to meet tight deadlines.
Key responsibilities:
- Complete quotes and follow up
- Offer support to engineers, suppliers and customers
- Purchasing parts required for repair works and organising transport.
- Approve job cards and complete invoicing.
- Work with the Sales team to grow customer revenue.
Personal Requirements:
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work effectively on own whilst also being a team player
- Strong English & Maths skills
- Skilled in IT systems
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail
Hours: Monday to Friday 0730- 1630
Salary: circa £28,000
