Amour Recruitment is seeking an accurate Customer Service Administrator to work for a well-established company based just outside Waterlooville.
This role is offered on a temp to perm basis, so you must be available to start work immediately.
Duties include:
- Receiving and inputting applications using the company’s own in-house developed data entry systems
- Managing rejections back to applicants using a range of letter and email templates.
- Filing hard copy application forms and validation documents.
- Answering and managing telephone and email queries from applicants.
Personal requirements:
- Ability to pass a basic DBS check
- Used to working to ISO 9001 standards
- Drive – due to location
- Respectful telephone manner dealing with customers
Hours: Monday to Friday 08.30-16.30 with 30 mins lunch
Salary: £24,784.50
