Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Administrator to work for fantastic company based in Havant.
This role is offered initially on a 4-month temporary basis with an opportunity to go permanent.
Duties include:
- Monitor and manage the shared email inbox, ensuring all customer and supplier queries are responded to within agreed timeframes.
- Process incoming orders accurately, confirming details with customers and updating our order management system.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to schedule and prioritise order loading.
- Track order progress and proactively resolve any issues or delays.
- Liaise with all freight forwarders / carriers where necessary
- Work closely with manufacturing & purchasing to ensure the Customers delivery requirements are satisfied
Personal requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally in a logistics, warehouse, or order-processing environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence using email platforms, spreadsheets, and order management software.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for detail.
Hours: Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours a week, plus great staff benefits including free parking.
Salary: circa £13.00 per hour
