Amour Recruitment is seeking a Warranty & Costing Administrator to work for a growing based in Southampton.
You will play an important role in ensuring warranty claims, goodwill claims and retail jobs are accurately processed, costed and invoiced.
Duties include:
- Submitting warranty claims and invoices for payment.
- Following manufacturer warranty guidelines and audit requirements.
- Monitoring and resolving rejected warranty claims.
- Processing and checking retail invoice costing, including texting jobs and ensuring all parts are correctly loaded, and jobs are ready for invoicing.
- Following approved retail costings through to completion, including sending and receiving customer order numbers, updating job records and ensuring the correct information is provided to Accounts for final invoicing and payment.

- The ability to stay calm and organised during busy periods.
- A proactive approach and pride in the quality of your work.
Hours: Monday to Friday 0800 -1700 with 30 minutes lunch break (all office based, no hybrid working offered)
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience.
