Amour Recruitment is seeking a Senior Pensions Administrator to work for a fantastic company near Portsmouth.
Key Responsibilities
Setting up member records and issuing welcome information
Contribution processing
Processing and calculating pension benefits
Payment of benefits using payroll systems and monitoring ongoing pension benefit cases
Bank reconciliation and payment processing
Death benefit calculations
Participating in annual projects such as tax code uplifts, regulatory reporting, residency tax status updates
Essential skills
Calm and positive under pressure and happy to take the lead in challenging times
Self-motivated approach to professional and personal development
Enthusiastic, positive, and flexible approach to work
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Pension experience is a must with a good understanding of SIPP
Salary: up to £30,000 plus excellent staff benefits.
Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730 - can be offered as hybrid with attending the office at least 3 days a week.
