Amour Recruitment are currently looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our busy team based in Petersfield. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately picking orders using a paper-based pick list
- Packing items securely and preparing them for dispatch
- Carrying out regular stock handling, including loading and unloading deliveries
- Performing heavy lifting as part of daily duties
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with health & safety standards
Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to carry out heavy lifting on a regular basis
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
- Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience is desirable but not essential
- Reliable, punctual, and with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Must have a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle due to the location
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am – 1:00pm (25 hours per week)
