Amour Recruitment is seeking a Supplies Assistant for a great company based in Segensworth.
The role is to support the Assistant Supplies Manager in the effective management of all supplies, ensuring safe delivery of services whilst having fun at work!
The role is scheduled to commence two weeks after the offer is accepted and will run for an initial three-month period, with the possibility of extension.
Duties include:
- Support all services with Medication, Consumable, Medical Equipment and other relevant requests
- Ensure all Medication and Consumables boxes/bags are thoroughly checked and are appropriately and accurately recorded using the correct Excel spreadsheet.
- Report stock issues and ensure there is always sufficient stock
- Complete all admin tasks.
- Collection of good from suppliers – driving a company vehicle.
- Support with updating COSHH Records
Personal requirements:
- Holds a Full Manual Driving License. Must be able to drive both Automatic and Manual vehicles which will include Service cars and Van
- Be able to complete security checks (DBS)
- Can work with numbers and attention to detail is of a high standard.
- Excel, Outlook emails and Outlook calendar management essential.
- Knowledge of the whole Microsoft office package including Excel Spreadsheets
- Previous experience in stock or supplies management highly desirable
Hours: Monday to Friday 0800 -1600
Salary: £12.12 Per Hour
