Job Responsibilities:
- Process orders for customers calling in.
- Respond to email inquiries.
- Consult customers.
- Giving lead times for jobs.
- Inputting data onto the local CRM system.
Character Requirements:
- Out-going person.
- Customer service focused.
- Previous experience working in an office.
- Good written and verbal communication.
Working hours: Monday to Friday - 0830 to 1700 (1 hour lunch)
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 depending on experience
