Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Account Manager to work for fantastic company based in Waterlooville.
The main purpose of this role is to look after an established portfolio of customers and to maintain and grow their business relationships. You’ll balance sales with customer service and will approach each day with a ‘can-do’ attitude!
Duties include:
- Processing orders from customers over the phone, by email and online via the company website
- Developing existing customer relationships and working to sales targets – there is no cold calling involved!
- Handling a variety of inquiries relating to deliveries, returns, repairs or customer support

Personal requirements:
- You will come with a positive attitude and will possess strong skills across administration and in customer communication (phone/email predominately)
- You will have excellent time management skills, the ability to multi-task, and be happy to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
Hours: Monday to Friday 08.30- 17.00
Salary: £26,347 basic – OTE £33,600 (Uncapped commission for over achievement!)
