Purchase Ledger Clerk - Southampton

Amour Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a fantastic company who is seeking a Purchase Ledger Administrator to work from their head office based in Southampton.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and reconcile supplier statements
  • Maintain purchase records
  • Handle all supplier payments
  • Making BACS payments
  • Bank reconciliation and accruals

 

Personal Requirements:

  • Great team player, flexible to work extra hours at the end of the month if needs be to assist the accounts team.
  • Previous experience is essential
  • Good IT proficiency

Hours: Monday to Friday0830 -1700

 

Salary: £27,000-£35,000 (depending on experience)
