In this pivotal role, you will be the friendly voice guiding customers through their aftersales journey, ensuring their experience is smooth, informative, and personalised.

Responsibilities:
- Managing customer appointments
- providing expert advice on services and repairs
- Maintaining excellent relationships to foster customer loyalty
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Outbound Customer Service Advisor or in a similar role within the Office & Professional sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Knowledge of automotive services and aftersales processes is desirable but not essential
- A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 - 17:00
Salary: £22,000 (Basic), £25,600 (Guaranteed) OTE up to £32,000
