Project Administrator - Segensworth

Amour Recruitment is seeking a highly organised Projects Administrator to join our client’s team near Fareham.

This is a pivotal role, ensuring their projects run smoothly from start to finish and that their engineers and clients are fully supported throughout.

Duties include:

  • Ensure all engineer paperwork is completed accurately and on time
  • Manage the receipt and completion of all project documentation
  • Proactively manage engineer work diaries, booking work in advance, identifying available capacity, and escalating issues
  • Schedule projects start dates with clients and maintain control of the work diary, ensuring all changes are approved to avoid conflicts or errors.
  • Produce RAMS
  • Negotiate supplier pricing to achieve best value, source alternatives, and apply commercial pressure when required.

Personal requirements:

  • Previous experience in the fire and security industry
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in project administration or coordination is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively.

Hours: Monday to Friday 0830-1700

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience
