Planning Co-ordinator - Farlington

Amour Recruitment is seeking a Planning Co-ordinator to work for a great company based just outside Portsmouth

This role is pivotal in maintaining smooth communication and operational flow between teams to deliver quality service consistently.

Duties include:

  • Plan, organise and assign jobs
  • Plan and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Act as first point of contact for clients
  • Maintain accurate records using a CRM
  • Assist with proposals, invoicing and other documentation

Personal requirements:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships

Hours: Monday to Friday 0830-1630

Salary: up to £28,000 (depending on experience)

Benefits: 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, Company pension scheme, paid overtime (You will be added to the on-call rota)
