Operations Administrator - Segensworth

Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to work for fantastic company based in Segensworth.

This role is offered on a 3-month temporary basis initially with the opportunity to go permanent and is due to stat on Monday 2nd March.

Duties include:

  • Answering incoming calls and managing diaries
  • Booking appointments for surveyors
  • Liaise daily with engineering teams
  • Update CRM and spreadsheets
  • Keep all job records up to date

Personal requirements:

  • Confident telephone manner and strong customer service skills
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational capability
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong geographical awareness and logical planning mindset

Hours: Monday to Friday 0830-1630

Salary: £27,500
