Amour Recruitment is seeking an Office Administrator to join our well-established client based in Portsmouth.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator looking to join a friendly, supportive, and growing business. You'll play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of the office by providing administrative support across the team.
Duties include:
- Providing general administrative support to the office and wider team.
- Answering telephone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating company databases.
- Preparing documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Managing filing systems and ensuring documentation is kept up to date.
- Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative duties as required.
Personal requirements:
- Previous administration experience in an office environment.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, positive attitude and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Hours: Monday to Friday 0800 -1700
Salary: £27,000
