Amour Recruitment is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to work for a great company based in Wokingham.
This role is pivotal in supporting End User Account Managers.
Duties include:
- Picking up new enquiries – working closely the Account Manager.
- Raising and sending quotes.
- Processing new orders.
- Raising manual invoices / credits.
- Raising collections.
- Ensuring requested delivery and collection dates are met.
- Tracking orders for delivery and keeping customers informed.
Personal requirements:
- Experience in sales account management role is highly desirable
- Self-motivated and goal orientated
- Experience within a fast paced, dynamic company delivering to SMB/SME/enterprise customers.
- IT Literate – MS Office
Hours: Monday to Friday 0900 -1730
