Amour Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic individual to work in their office based near Southampton in a new role as HR & Training Administrator.
Working within the HR Team, this is a hands-on role offering professional HR administrative support across all levels of the business
Duties include:
- Raising offer letters
- Doing new starter inductions
- Booking training course & accommodation etc
- Preparing job adverts
- Booking interviews and liaising with agencies etc
Personal requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years HR, Training & Development experience
- CIPD level 3 or working towards
- Proactive with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Car driver essential due to travelling to other sites.
Hours: Monday to Friday 0800 -1700
Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 depending on experience
