Amour Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for a Skilled Electrician, on behalf of our client based in Hedge-End, Southampton.
In this role, you'll support a growing electrical contractor working across commercial and industrial projects nationwide.
Due to continued growth, the team are looking for a Qualified Electrician who wants more than just tools-on work — someone keen to progress into site supervision and project management.
Responsibilities:
- Electrical installation, testing, and inspection
- Working on commercial and industrial sites
- Reading drawings and specifications
- Ensuring all work meets BS 7671 regulations
- Supporting site coordination, planning, and supervision as you progress
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- ECS or CSCS Card
- Commercial or industrial experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ambitious, organised, and keen to develop into a leadership role

Hours: 8:30-17:30 Monday to Friday (Flexibility required)
Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 Negotiable depending on Experience
