Amour Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Receptionist, to join our wonderful client based in Southampton.
In this varied role, you'll support a busy service centre with it's daily operations, booking in vehicles for MOTs, service and repair.
You'll need to be able to multitask, remain organised, and provide excellent levels of customer service, both face to face and over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional customer service both over the phone and face to face with clients.
- Maintain accurate and organised schedules, ensuring the workshop has steady flow of work.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the automotive sector is essential.
- Clear and confident communication.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of IT.
Hours: 8:30 - 17:30
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
