Customer Service Advisor - Midhurst

Amour Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Agent on behalf of our well-established client based in Midhurst. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction and working with regular, repeat customers in a trade environment.

This is a newly created role, offered on a temporary basis initially.

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be a key point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and professional service from enquiry through to delivery.

Duties will include:

  • Handling incoming customer calls

  • Dealing with regular repeat customers and building strong working relationships

  • Updating customers on delivery times and turnaround schedules

  • Calling customers back with quotes and following up on quotations

  • Managing customer returns and resolving queries efficiently

  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure orders are processed smoothly

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous customer service experience (merchant or trade background desirable)

  • Confident and professional telephone manner

  • Well organised with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Full UK driving licence preferred due to location
