Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to work for a great manufacturing business based in Farlington.
Duties include:
- Resolving complaints on the phone, in person or online, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Booking service calls and liaising with service engineers.
- Maintaining records of complaints.
- Coordinating with suppliers to arrange replacement goods.
- Effectively communicating with customers on delivery/collection dates for replacement parts.
Personal requirements:
- Effective at problem solving.
- Good administration skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
- Organised and able to prioritise workload.
Hours: Monday to Friday 0800 - 1630
Salary: £25,396.80
