Amour Recruitment is proud to be working with this well-established company who is seeking a competent Business Development Sales Adviser to work from their office in central Southampton.
You must be able to demonstrate previous experience working in a fast-paced sales environment with an ambition to succeed and achieve company’s goals. This role will be responsible for both B2B and B2C sales to a diverse customer base.
Duties include:
- Deliver on agreed targets through effective identification, creation, and opportunity development.
- Completing a consistent high level of sales calls to a new and existing customer base with a responsibility to ensure that the customers have an exceptional customer experience.
- Outbound marketing activities and measuring successes through their CRM system.
- Being adaptable to the current market switching between B2C to B2B sales activity.
- Ensuring that all sales enquiries are responded to and followed up
- Pro-actively seek out every opportunity on both inbound and outbound sales calls using sales skill and excellent product knowledge to offer the customer a range of products and services.
To be successful you must be determined, enthusiastic, achievement orientated with the ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively.
Hours are 0800-1700 or 0830-1730. Please not there is no parking as the role is in central Southampton!
