Administrator - Segensworth

Amour Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of our wonderful client based in Segensworth, Fareham.

In this Exciting role, you'll support a busy works team, supporting the booking of property related maintenance, whilst staying on top of everyday compliance.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow and develop in a specialist field, whilst joining a professional, friendly and collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule work requests, liaising with contractors and clients.
  • Responding to maintenance and work queries, over the phone and via email.
  • Ensure accurate entries onto dedicated CRM system.
  • Manage your own work diary, with support of specialist scheduling software.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to organise own workload, and work independently.
  • Professional written and verbal communication.
  • Experience working in a regulated field, or legal experience is preferred, though not essential.

Hours: 8:30-17:00 Monday to Friday

Salary: £25,000-£26,000
