Administrator - Portsmouth

Amour Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a Administrator on behalf of our client based just outside of Portsmouth.

In this varied role, you'll support a diverse and busy team through the continuous administrative tasks, such as updating databases, checking documents and undertaking bookings.

You'll need to be able to multitask and work precisely, given the vast nature of this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound calls and emails from customers and third parties
  • Logging detailed and accurate information into internal systems
  • Managing and prioritising multiple email inboxes
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Providing administrative support to ensure a smooth and efficient service for customers

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service & administrative experience is essential
  • Ability to handle a large workload
  • Proficient with MS Word & Excel
  • Clear effective communicator, both written and verbally.

Hours: 8:30-17:30 Monday to Friday (1 hour lunch)

Salary: £25,300
