Amour Recruitment is working in partnership for this well-established business who is seeking a Workshop/Service Manager based at their depot in Poole.

Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for 9 members of staff.
- Carry out Depot audits to ensure the operation is fully compliant with H&S/ISO standards. Identifying and implementing training needs for all staff.
- Ensure robust group standardised policies are carried out and adhered to.
Personal requirements:
- Experience in the Service Department as either a Service Manager/Workshop Controller or Aftersales Manager is essential
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise deadlines
- Have a proven track record of managing a team of staff
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 6 pm and every other sat am 8 to noon
Salary: Circa £45k (negotiable for the right person!). Additional realistic KPI targets and benefits up to a further £6k.
