Amour Recruitment are proud to be working exclusively with this local business who are looking to employ an experienced administrator at their warehouse facility based in Portsmouth.
Duties will include:
- Raising invoices
- Processing orders
- Dealing with dispatch notices
- Data entry
- Communicating with internal colleagues
To be successful in this role you must have the following skills/attributes:
- Strong PC skills using a range of MS packages.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good customer service experience and skills
- Keen eye for attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills, able to manage own time effectively
Hours are 0900-17.30 Monday to Friday. Free parking and great staff benefits are offered.
